Lecturer Jamie Fleckenstein has taught classes in the University of Washington Department of Landscape Architecture construction sequence since 2005, focusing on giving students the professional skills used to enhance their own design processes. Jamie has developed his own professional skill set building a design portfolio that includes projects of all scales (from residential gardens to public parks to campus planning) and a successful design firm.
Jamie received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Washington. Since then, he has worked professionally in large and small landscape architectural design firms in Seattle and Washington, D.C. In 2004, Jamie co-founded Studio 342 Landscape Architecture in Seattle, where he is a principal landscape architect. Jamie is a registered landscape architect in the State of Washington.
